Greg Retsinas

Mr. Retsinas joined The Press Democrat in 2008 to oversee digital operations, including websites for a daily paper, two weekly newspapers and several successful niche sites. He works with newsroom, advertising, circulation and marketing departments on all digital initiatives, including newsroom convergence, new product development, and e-circulation efforts, and on joint company projects across The New York Times Regional Media Group. Previously, he was managing editor and online director at the Herald-Journal and GoUpstate.com in Spartanburg, S.C. His experience also includes news reporting and editing stints at newspapers in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, New York and Alabama. Mr. Retsinas has a degree in political science from Brown University, and he is a native Rhode Islander.
