Tobi Laczkowski

Tobi Laczkowski is a manager in ZS Associates’ office in Evanston, IL. He has worked in numerous practice areas, including sales force effectiveness, organizational design, compensation planning, value proposition design, and recruiting effectiveness. 

Mr. Laczkowski has worked on projects in the U.S., Canada and Asia.  He was also a co-founder of Strong Suit, the only sales force recruiting firm to assess candidates so rigorously that salesperson quota achievement was guaranteed.

He has a B.S. in chemical engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
