An associate principal at ZS Associates, Mr. Ron Siahpoosh has more than ten years of experience working on sales and marketing issues with companies in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, media and publishing, services, technology, and telecom.  He has worked with companies in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Mr. Siahpoosh has significant expertise and experience working with Fortune 500 and middle-market business-to-business  companies in helping them improve their sales and marketing investment decisions and effectiveness and in designing and implement large-scale sales effectiveness transformations. In addition, he is a leader of ZS’ account-based sales resource optimization capability building solutions, focusing on helping business-to-business companies improve their segmentation and targeting, distribution strategy, sales force sizing, structure and deployment decisions.  

Mr. Siahpoosh has spoken on sales and marketing effectiveness issues at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the Darden School of the University of Virginia, and the McDonough School of Georgetown University. He has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
