Mary Peskin

Mary Peskin joined API in 2005 as associate director and assumed digital operations and strategy responsibilities in 2008. She has worked and consulted in newsrooms, advertising and marketing departments of newspapers large and small in the U.S., Europe and South America. Her newspaper career began bringing people together around the art and design of newspapers. Before joining API, she was design director of the New York Times Regional Newspaper Group for 22 years. A N.C. State University College of Design graduate, she has served on the executive committee of the College of Design Foundation and board of directors of the Society for News Design. She is married to Dale Peskin, co-founder of iFOCOS and We Media. They share three children, a granddaughter, and a cat.
